It was started to encourage young adults over the age of 18 to become self-reliant.

VOCATIONAL TRAINING CENTRE

It is a 3-year programme with a focus on developing and enhancing employability skills to place a greater number of students in open placement.

PLACEMENTS

After completing the vocational training program, students are re-assessed & based on their aptitude & ability further guidance, training, counselling & internship opportunities are provided. They are then placed in open, self-employment or sheltered workshops.

SHELTERED WORKSHOP

Our artisans are gainfully occupied between 8 vocations enabling them to become contributing members of society and feel a sense of pride. They retire at the age of 50.

RESPITE CARE

For our severely & profoundly challenged young adults we provide a nurturing environment and train them to manage their Activities of Daily Living [ADL] to become as independent as they can before they retire at the age of 25.
